Why did you decide to not tap into the ignition lead? Which wire on the ccm sends out a negative output? It's also supprising that most cars still don't have very good alarms or no alarm at all, or they still use the horn instead of a siren??

The only downside is that the sensor is hooked up to constant so it's always on, but shouldn't be a big deal.

It's not like the standard alarms broke it works perfect thats why i'm leaving it as it is and adding a 2nd alarm. The trigger wire can be either the hood switch wire or the door switch wire. To my knowledge you can not add a shock sensor to the OEM alarm.
