Here is how to make zuchini noodles with a hand-held spiralizer: To use a julienne peeler for making zoodles, simply run it across the zucchini length-wise, creating strands. These are just awesome!!
Season to taste with salt and pepper and parmesan cheese. I can’t believe I’ve never made zucchini noodles before. This will make them too mushy and lifeless.
It sticks to the pan extremely well, but not what you are trying to cook. Wow, I have a very limited of “liked” vegetables and this version of noodles can trick me into eating them any day. NO water on the plate!

You could do this in any blender. This julienne peeler works well and swivels. Sounds delicious and can’t wait to try it. These Parmesan zucchini fries are super simple, using common pantry ingredients. (I saved the cores for stir fry another time as you suggest.)

I couldn’t flip them. I don’t recommend this method. BUT they are already super crispy. Thank you so much for the recipe. This recipe is even better because it is low carb! Heat butter in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. My guess would be that your zucchini might have been “wet”, which makes the egg wash not stick well and therefore the cheese too.
