Does it changes the amount of wasteland in Africa? I bet you like to play as the Ottomans too, you crazy monster! Plus you get Prussian ideas. Because I love playing as the Mamluks and I once unified Africa while forming Egypt, but it is pretty dumb that the whole of Africa is just a coastline.

I just made a sub mod right now, took quite a bit of time... What is the common practice for making submods anyways? There aren't too many huge powers in Europe, which is important with the ET mod. The Modern Age Mod has been abandoned after losing a competition with NWO. You have the Nationalism CB on everyone, and aggressive expansion doesn't stretch out of South America, and of course OE isn't really a thing in the modern day mod.
