I liked how it showed off the Rogues' personalities, and I thought the ending was pretty satisfying.
But when I picked this up I expected to see more of Captain Cold, so I didn't love that he was absent for most of the arc. Forever Evil: Rogues Rebelllion #1. Fun from start to finish :).
Then the idea that they'd be the rebels against the Syndicate feels like it really goes to the core of their character.
