However, the plant looks like healthy but slow growing.. Can someone teach me more technique about rosemary grow? It gets morning to afternoon sun and the smell is incredible. (. Rosemary is an evergreen. Currently the plant is not covered at all! It could still take a turn so you might want to cover it or even bring it indoors.
