I am excited to try this! I usually wait only 2 or 3 minutes for the gelatin to absorb some of the cold water before it is heated, so it doesn’t clump.
This flavor is one of our standbys. Used molasses for sweetener - just a touch - and 1/2 whole milk/1/2 heavy cream, as I prefer it over almond milk and like the added fat. I like it better than cream of wheat too!
I know gelatine does have some health benefits but is that the only reason it is included? It's the best paleo cereal I've tried (the other ones I tried were all homemade by the way).
