People who run this place are very nice. It is 3 weeks today (03rd Aug 2020) that the engineer made a visit who advised his report would be written that evening and sent to Parker Knoll. The sofa I have received would not, I am certain, be one that would be photographed and chosen to appear in a Parker Knoll marketing catalogue to sell the product - it is only an example of purely poor workmanship.
I contacted Parker Knoll directly and they refused to speak with me! Stayed in cabin 3. Totally unfit for purpose. Fast wifi. With arrange of sizes available including manual and power options, the Colorado is the perfect suite to suit all tastes. We agree, one of the best parts about being in Estes Park is being so close to (and part of) the wilderness. Mrs Cradduck**EDIT**So had an appointment booked for homeserve to look at sofa asked for appointment to be around 4ish!!
Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do next time to earn that fifth star, as our goal is to provide the most exceptional experiences possible. This whole range has a high supportive back cushion with a 3 tiered design that is wonderful if you are looking support for the back or the head, shoulders and neck. All I kept getting told was contact the retailer which I fully understand that is the correct proceidure and your contract lies with the supplier not the manufacturer but when you are paying thousands for a premium sofa you would think you would get some sort of good customer service however you don't and won't. Also there is a charge of £20 for a missed appointment really not happy!!!

This arrived promptly. Parker Knoll Colorado power recliner chair. Will recommend and would stay there again.More. Room was very clean and well kept. Bought chair and sofa to replace other items The chair is great and very supportive, replaces one from another well known C. that after 8 mths was about to give up, guess who?Sofa bought to compliment chair and again a good move supportive and comfortable.Also the cushions on both items are easily zipped so maintenance is easyVery pleased and another chair on it's way.

We are waiting for a technician to come and take a look at it. It's great you were able to take advantage of that. My advice only buy static sofas, they cannot provide the same quality in recliners.

I can't stand the creaking and I shouldn't have to have a repair/replacement done on a 6 day old sofa!!!
Seems we will have to live with the slight problem. Not a happy customer. This is the most expensive suite we have purchased but you shouldn’t have to keep rearranging the foams every tine you get up. Asked if I could change to a fabric that was in stock, but informed that I would be deemed to have cancelled the order and the clock would start from the beginning again, ie another 10 week wait.Subsequently advised that although fabric has arrived, delivery now mid November. This continued onto all 5 seats over the course of the next week.
