I also didn’t have any almond meal so I substituted with more flaxseed. In a large bowl combine flours, protein powder, baking powder and salt. I found that it wasn’t necessary and a lot of people don’t have that in their pantry so I wanted to make sure they could make it! I especially like how you can customize them too. Anyone can do it! After hitting snooze one last time, you rush out of bed, get ready for work and grab whatever food you can find as you fly out the door. Metric measurements would have been useful and I think that it’s annoying that you have to scroll so far to get to the actual recipe! It’s vegan, and I find that it doesn’t give the muffins or baked goods a ‘protein-y’ taste. This makes me so happy to hear . It should not be maybe ill give it a go and report back , This is a great recipe and so easy to follow. They of course are delicious, but me center is sunken slightly.

So easy! 42,044 suggested recipes. I’ve made these muffins 6 times now! I’m sorry but I’m not sure because I haven’t tested it. I like to store them in a ziploc freezer bag, or large container. Here’s an article with more info.. Everyone’s allergies are different though so be sure to check with whoever is going to be enjoying these muffins! The flavor combo is perfect and it’s so moist but with no butter?
