I honestly LOVE the Tarte Cosmetics Rainforest of the Sea Filtered Light Setting Powder. Filtered Light is a light, yellowed beige with warm undertones and a matte finish. Companies that join the "Caring Consumer" program of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, a leading international animal rights advocacy organization, attest that "neither they nor their ingredient suppliers conduct or commission any animal tests on ingredients, formulations or finished products, and that they pledge not to do so in the future.

If this product is in fact permanent, you can expect to see it at either Ulta of Sephora in the future. Tarte's newest setting powder is vegan, light-reflecting, and blurring. I haven't gotten the chance to try it for myself, but that sounds pretty darn great.
It's incredibly dry, stiff, and chalky in the pan. Then, dust away the powder to reveal a brighter, mattified look. However, now that I have used some of the powder – I am not having that issue and it dispenses normally. I cannot stop reaching for it.

I really liked this powder, however I hated the fact that it keep falling out of the packaging, apparenlty you can replace the powder but it works on a magnet that did not work well at all, If they... You can do all the things the experts tell you to do - like carefully... Frame your face with your best brows ever! It sounds like an issue with prep when it comes to the product rolling off, we would suggest trying a different primer or eye cream! EWG scientists reviewed the Tarte Filtered Light Setting Powder product label collected on It's incredibly dry, stiff, and chalky in the pan. This is MAGIC in an el cheapo plastic pack! It might not be as flashy as the others, but this is one product that shouldn't be overlooked. Simply the best pressed powder I have ever used!
