We haven't tried any of the prepared egg replacers sold in the stores, but that might be another option.

They are gone 12 hours later,the only thing I changed I put fresh berries since I had them.

These Soft, moist and chocolatey muffins take just a few minutes and have no added oil. So I called Mike (since I just realized I don't have your number!!)

If not gluten-free could I just do more oat flour instead of the gluten-free flour blend? Mine sank in the middle and were soggy in the middle. Just pulled these out of the oven and they look great. :).

So much better on day 2. Modifications: I tried these muffind this morning but I had the took ages to cook and did not cook properly “on the inside”. The ingredients here rock! These muffins are absolutely the best! She’s my favorite pain in my side ;D, Yum yum yum! So here is what I did to remedy that situation thanks for all the great recipes! Mix to just about combine. Does almond meal be a good substitute for the coconut, or will it be more dense? That was one of our first aunt-niece bonding experiences and that bond has grown stronger and stronger over the years. We’d suggest 1 large egg. Add 3-4 tbsp oil in the wet ingredients.

And thanks a lot for the measurement in grams, makes it so much easier for us Europeans. I mean reliable and dependable that i trusted it to work with a reconfiguration so long as I kept wet and dry ingredients quantities in proportion! The batter has no added oil and is refined sugar free. Let me know if you want me to continue alerting you if I see errors! I tried this recipe this morning for the first time – I substituted dairy milk, since I had no Almond and did not add the cider vinegar because I wasn’t sure.

I put my own flair and substitutions and they are still awesome n those pancakes and muffins are outta this world!!

The coconut really gives them a caramel sort of flavor and the top gets a tiny bit crispy. This recipes takes elements from my Turmeric Coconut Loaf that is also delicious, easy, gorgeous and oil free. They dont get messy.

Did you make any changes to the recipe? I had ONE issue (user error) that almost made me chuck the batter in the bin…I had added my maple syrup right out of the fridge so it was cold and I added my still warm from the micro melted coconut right after.

Line a muffin pan with 12 liners and coat them with cooking spray, Combine the ground flax seeds with 3 tbsp water In a small bowl. Berries + coconut…it really doesn’t get much better than that! Delicious.

Absolutely loved these, and the recipe is very forgiving to substitutions.
